One CG drawing practice (2 May 2013,night)

I just found a photo from the internet and copy it using a graphics tablet.

I'm afraid to draw the eyes and clothes... then I stop modifying the eyes and.....
still difficult for me. = (
with more details the photo, better the work.
I will start to find some movie posters that I love and copy for practice more.
more practices on the face.
Hope one day I can draw by imagination.
